Quality and Ethics

FACT prioritizes quality and ethics by adhering to strict clinical guidelines and conducting regular supervision sessions, aiming for 10% supervision for each client per month. Clinical Directors support the BCBAs, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet these requirements. Continuous training and open communication are maintained to encourage and uphold high standards across all services.

Caseload Expectations

FACT strives to maintain a balanced caseload for its BCBAs, which can range between 8-15 clients depending on the complexity of the cases. This approach is individualized for each BCBA, focusing on quality over quantity to ensure that every BCBA has the capacity to provide thorough, individualized care while also having time for professional development and personal well-being.

Billable Requirements

FACT's billable hour expectations are clearly defined, emphasizing efficiency without compromising service quality. BCBAs are supported in meeting these requirements through resources such as administrative support and streamlined documentation processes, which help minimize non-billable time and enhance client care. A quarterly bonus program with three tiers is offered, allowing BCBAs to earn up to an additional $3,000 per year based on their billable performance.

Growth Opportunities

FACT is committed to the growth and development of its BCBAs. Regular opportunities for professional development are provided, including CEU reimbursement, mentorship support, first-year BCBA consultation, and leadership training. Career advancement within the company is encouraged, with a commitment to working with BCBAs on their goals.

Staff Training

Comprehensive training is provided for all new hires, beginning with an onboarding process that includes mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Ongoing professional development is a key focus, with regular monthly training sessions and encouragement to access resources that support both clinical and professional growth.

Tools and Resources

FACT provides access to a range of resources to support clinical decision-making, including advanced data collection and analysis tools like Rethink. Their BCBAs also receive dedicated administrative support to help manage caseload scheduling and other administrative duties. The organization fosters a collaborative environment where supervisors and peers are available for case consultations, and a company-wide BCBA/Supervisor meeting is held once a month.
